It is not common for Heroines to day Good Bye to their acting career. Hot star Meera Chopra has decided on doing that. She is going to good bye to her acting. She announced that Jaganmohini will be her last picture. She says that she has a successful hotel business in New York and is planning to bring the same business to India. Meera Chopra says that she realized that acting does not suit her and so made this decision. 

Meera Chopra's noted films in Telugu are Bangaram opposite Pawan Kalyan and Vanna. None of the films were big hits but she got a good name for her acting in Vaana. 

Balakrishna has shown a good gesture by supporting the family members of his deceased fan. Nainar raghu, a native of Srikalahasti and a big fan of the Balakrishna died due to illness. Balakrishna has taken initiative to support his family. He gave 3 lakhs to the family and he said he will make sure that Raghu's daughter gets a job.

Balakrishna spent almost 3 hours at Raghu's house in Srikalahasthi.

Latest news about the highest Tollywood grosser Magadheera is that will be remade to Hindi. “Ghajani” Producers Allu Aravind and Madhu Mantena are planning to remake Telugu block buster “Magadheera” In Hindi and they are considering Amir Khan and Hrithik Roshan for the lead role. The expected budget of this flick will be of Rs.70cr. If the news is true it will be sensation in India as the budget and star cast will be higher than Tollywood.

Mohan Babu is planning to make a film with his second son Manchu Manoj titled Balasubramanyam on Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures. K Raghavendra Rao will direct the movie and Keeravani will compose the music. Movie is titles as Balasubramanyam and Manoj is playing a professional singer. So the speculation is that the movie might be based on the legendary singer SP Balasubramanyam.

Can a entire movie be made on SPB's story? may be not! but might have only a few references to him with all the typical masala elements to it. Even Mohan Babu is playing an important role in the film.

As we know RGV is making Raktha Charitra on the life story of Paritala Ravi.  Vivek Obreoi is playing the role of Pratiala Ravi and Surya is playingthe role of Moddhu Seenu. The movie is being shot in Telugu and Hindi at the same time. Hindi veteran actor Satrughan Sinha is playing NTR's role in hindi.

Hero Srikanth’s 100th Magnum opus film “Mahathma” in the direction of Creative director Krishna Vamsi got censored today. The Censor Board Examine Committee (EC) has seen the film and recommended for Revising Committee (RC) .The picture may be screened for RC on 30th of September. After the clearance from RC only the film will be released for public. A girl next door looks hero-ine Bhavana is being paired up with Srikanth in this film.

This flick is coming up in entire overseas with 16 prints on 2nd October on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanthi. This film will be screened in Dubai, London, Canada, Australia, Ireland along with USA.

Pokiri is one of the biggest blockbusters of Tollywood and definitely took Ileana to a new position. Kangana is a new star who is making her debut in Tollywood with Ek Niranjan. She has also done an item song in Bumper Offer. Depending on which one releases first we can see her in either movie.

Magnum Opus Allu Arjun, Kajal Agarwal starrer Arya-2 in the direction of Sukumar is temporarily stalled in the post production work stage because of some differences in the partners. Recently Allu Arjun has stopped his dubbing for two hours because producers have released some designs of the picture without his notice. It is learnt that this flick will survive with heavy deficit. According to the reliable  due to non-payment of his balance remuneration, director Sukumar asked his technicians to stop all the post production work such as Re-Recording, Dubbing, Editing  until his remuneration is settled. It seems the flick may not come out on the expected date.

Ramcharan Teja is assigned to make a film for Mega Super Good Films in the direction of “Pandem kodi” fame Tamil director Linguswamy after the completion of Anjana Productions Film in the direction of Bommarillu Bhaskar. This may go to sets in the month of December this year. At present Linguswamy is directing and producing a Tamil film titled “Paiya” and the sources said that this flick will be remade into Telugu with Ramcharan.

As per reliable sources Hero Ramcharan has seen some action scenes and songs filmed in Tamil .And after listening the story in full length, Ramcharan has given a green signal to goahead for the production and he has advanced his dates from January to December.

Prabhas's Ek Niranjan audio was released today (25th september 2009) at Shilpa Kala Vedika. Allu Arjun was the chief guest at the event. Other guest list include K Raghavendra Rao, Dil Raju, D Suresh Babu, Hemachandra, Malavika etc. The movie is directed by Puri Jagannath and is being produced by Aditya Ram. The release date for Ek Niranjan was announced by the producer as 29th September.
