Meena is getting married in July to a Bangalore based business man named Vidyasagar. She got engaged to him recently at a ceremony held in Chennai. The date has been fixed on the 12th of July. This is an arranged marriage and the wedding will be held at Chennai too.

Meena is currently acting in a Telugu film titled Vegamamba. Meena is much popular in Tamil movies than in Telugu. Her hits like Muthu got her good fame including in Japan. Meens has started her career as child artist and has more than 150 films in her profile.
